Senior Show Choir

SENIOR SHOW CHOIR

Auditions:  January 17th, 6-7pm at TRYPS

Rehearsals Begin: January 31, 6-7:30pm at TRYPS

Open to students in grades 7+

WHAT IS SENIOR SHOW CHOIR?

Show Choir is a brilliant combination of dance, movement, energy, and music! Show Choir blends choral music study with choreography.  Students work on pitch, placement, breath support, blending, holding harmony, confidence, and strengthening vocal range.

At the same time, students will be challenged to learn advanced choreography – much like the award-winning Rock Bridge High School Show Choirs – City Lights and Satin & Lace.

This training is ideal to work on musical theatre skills – dance, singing, breath support, movement, coordination, focus, and energy!

The group works on ensemble songs, some with small solos or duets, and will perform at The Blue Note on December 5th.
